Downhill in a crit in downtown Des Moines posed a degree of demolition danger for Garage riders as crit week kicked off July 1. But some top finishes and lack of crashes showed Garage in top form at the annual race. Dan "Danger" Hazzard won second place in the Cat 3 race while Jeff "white teeth" Hsu notched second place in the Cat 4, showing that new born babies don't necessarily get in the way of going all out for the victory. White teeth also finished 5th in the Masters race, to cap a great day on the streets. Mike Murdin, Robert Powell, and Alex Rosenast made it on the scoreboard too.
